Order Processing Time
All orders placed for in-stock items normally ship within 24-hours of cleared payment; unless it's a holiday and then we ship the day thereafter. ?
In-Stock Items are Ready to Ship
All items shown on our website are in stock and ready to ship to you, unless otherwise noted on the listing page of the item itself. If an item you are interested in is out of stock, you may connect with us via email and we'll let you know the timeframe for its return to stock. ?

Domestic Orders; USA FREE Domestic Shipping - via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail - with order tracking and insurance included. (if your order is heavier than allowed by First Class, we automatically upgrade your order to Priority Mail.)
Shipping Information International; Outside USA
All international orders ship via USPS First Class International Mail or Priority Mail International and order tracking and insurance included. ?
Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bliss Malas is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Tracking details for all orders are sent to the email address you use at your time of checkout. If you do not receive your tracking details via email within one business day from the date of your order, please check your email spam/junk folder first and then connect with us if you did not receive the email. We will happily resend your tracking details to you.
Creating a Customer Account
We offer the option of creating a free customer account here on the website. You can find the link to create a free customer account by looking at the upper right hand corner of this site, which says, "Log In." Simply click on "Log In" to create a free account with us.
Creating this account enables you, as the customer, the option to create an account after completing a purchase. Doing so will save your shipping information for faster checkout for the next time you order and you can view your order history, tracking details, etc., when logged in to this account.
Making Changes to An Existing Order
Please contact us immediately after the order was placed so that we have the appropriate time to make your preferred changes before your order ships. We will email you back with confirmation that we received your request and that your changes have been made. If your order has already been shipped prior to you contacting us, we can make arrangements for you to return the unwanted order at that time.
Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not accept exchanges for items. Instead, a refund will need to be issued first and then you can purchase other items as you wish to. We prefer not to cancel orders, but if you've changed your mind, we can cancel the order if it hasn't already shipped.
Please connect with us via email and we will cancel the order for you. Otherwise, if the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Our Return Policy ~ Return within 7 Days of Receiving
Your satisfaction with your order is extremely important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you ordered from us, you can return it for a full reimbursement - minus any re-stocking fee we may have (see below).
Notify us by connecting with us via email through this website within 3 days of delivery to let us know you would like to return the item(s) to us. You must ship items back to us within 7 days of receipt/receiving them for the reimbursement. We do not reimburse your shipping cost for any item that is returned at your discretion; however, we will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Contact us first via email before returning any item you purchased from us. The item(s) must be returned in its new, original condition.
Consider purchasing tracking on your return package before returning it to us. We are not responsible for lost packages that you shipped to us, but we never received. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your return. Your refund will be provided to you in the same form of payment that you originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you return is not due to an error on our part, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs; but instead, purchase price only.

Due to the nature of these items, we cannot refund the following, unless they arrive damaged;

We package our items with its complete safety in mind, doing our best to ensure its safe arrival to you. Each package arrives to you in an exterior corrugated indestructible box. Inside the shipping box, each item you purchase is further within its own white swirl, eco-friendly jewelry box with cotton padding and tissue papers.
However, we understand that damages do sometimes occur throughout the shipping process. Any order which arrives damaged; please connect with us via email to share with us the problem with the order within 24-hours of receipt of the order. In some cases, we may request to see a jpeg or photo of the damaged item before accepting/processing a return.
